Training there employees and not talking about them behind there back

The way they treat you i think they should treat people better
Yes i feel very undervalued . They dont appreciate great workers . Employees , supervisors , vps are very rude .

Hire competent people that knwo how to do their job
Actually working as a team and not going behind each others backs
The job in general is not professional
