They could never tell you who real leadership was. I got in trouble when reporting to so called leadership they pointed too. To point made it a show calling it a “witch hunt” when someone did tell right higher ups for us.
Leading. Production. Lot's of talk and no planning, organization, or follow through for projects.
ArenaNet has an issue with being a small company in a very expensive city. Living cost is very adverse to what ANet can afford to pay.
Team is full of heart and desire but given no clear direction on where we're heading or even where we're at.
Better tude, better training without tudes. Telling us who the REAL mangers or team leaders are to report too. Not having your own employees try root for your fall. Treat everyone like decent human. We aren’t robots!
Slacking off is the norm. It's hard to get projects finished because you're waiting on pieces from other participants.

Increase output of teams to fail faster. ANet needs a project to complete to secure the future of the company.
The parent company's trust in us to deliver a good product and to give us enough resources to do it with.
