This company is very outdated in many ways.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Acceptance, core values need to be followed. Management needs to be more humble, CEO and HR need to open their eyes and realize, 360 reviews need to be done on all the management levels, they need to speak with us, the ones working under abusive supervisors
