I have been with Argus since January 2022 and for the first time in my life, I can actually see myself staying with this organization for the remainder of my career. Ever since I join the team there have been multiple opportunities to learn and experience new aspects of business development.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base pay is extremely fair and there are many opportunities for advancement.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is genuinely invested in the personal growth of their fellow team members. Their open-door policy and willingness to accept feedback are greatly appreciated. This is the first time that I have worked with such a diverse leadership team that is also devoted to their team's needs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I already touched on Diversity but it makes a huge difference to be able to work with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds. The best part is how passionate each individual is about their own development and the internal growth of our organization. We have built an extremely engaging culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work hard / play hard mindset. You are also given the freedom to make your own schedule. Also, the fact that you are well compensated and appreciated for your efforts. The team is authentic and realistic about the challenges faced in this line of work. I also enjoy the focus on team building.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect is the ability to learn and grow as a professional and in one's personal life. I have learned a lot in my short time at Argus and look forward to building a career here. The team is friendly and full of life. The office is peaceful and surrounded by nature. I am happy here!
