I honestly feel like this is a dream. I am a part of a company that is cutting edge and disruptive in the industry. I get to work alongside amazing people. And most importantly I feel valued. It's quite surreal!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I truly enjoy getting up and coming to work. Before Argus I could never say that. Now I just feel at home when I'm here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are all part of the Argus team. When we succeed as a team we are taken care of for that success. My individual performance matters and feeding Argus in turn feeds me personally.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We collaborate to find the best approach. My teammates have become dear friends. We laugh, we have fun and we work hard together. It's very rewarding to work along so many great people.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love how we collaborate together. If there is an issue or opportunity we get together to discuss it as a team with our CEO/CDO/COO!. They are a part of the discussion and help us to make the best decision together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They truly care about the well-being of their people> I feel like my voice is heard. They are looking for the best ideas to continually improve their service to our clients. It doesn't matter where the idea comes from, if it's a good idea they will implement it.
