What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most leaders are willing to work together to make sure the customers are satisfied.
Helpful. Knowable, experienced, good communication
Always working with the employees to insure that safety is the best part of our lives
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Start paying employees what they are worth and stop micromanaging. Bring back "world class benefits". They make money hand over fist and will continue to lose employees if they dont step up.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance, 401K, and profit sharing
Low cost for the employee for the current market
Always keeping it very genouros
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Doesnt matter how hard you work. Youre treated the same as someone that screws around doing nothing. No places for advancement and if you learn more skills you are not compensated. Only expected to do many rolls for the same pay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Willing to work together to solve issues
Working together to insure that its the highest quality of all products
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More training and more cross over
Everyone feels the same. Being kicked while youre down is putting it lightly. Morale is way down because the compny shows no sign about caring about its workforce unless youre in an office position.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Comfortable relaxing work environment and mostly clean

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Go back to caring about the workforce like 5+ years ago.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Was promised a world class, high standard job that is dwelling at a rapid pace.
Made me feel at home in the sense that i knew that ariel was where i wanted to retire from
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Interested candidates should get feedback. Takes too long.
What makes you most happy at work?
When i get to go home, seriously.
