Start paying employees what they are worth and stop micromanaging. Bring back "world class benefits". They make money hand over fist and will continue to lose employees if they dont step up.

Doesnt matter how hard you work. Youre treated the same as someone that screws around doing nothing. No places for advancement and if you learn more skills you are not compensated. Only expected to do many rolls for the same pay.

Everyone feels the same. Being kicked while youre down is putting it lightly. Morale is way down because the compny shows no sign about caring about its workforce unless youre in an office position.
