What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is actively engaged with all levels of the company - not just the top. They are communicative, eager to share company news, updates, and goals, and are all very open and accessible.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have great salary and generous benefits, and benefits kick in from day 1 of employment. It is unlike anywhere else I have ever worked!

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so talented, intelligent, and eager to work together to deliver amazing results. All the colleagues I have met are so proud of what we do and are always looking for ways to work together more effectively, test new things, and innovate beyond our current way of doing things.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The gratitude and recognition that is communicated at all levels of the operations. Everyone respects each others time, and understands we have our own goals and responsibilities that contribute to the larger team and company goals. It is a clear, functional, and effective working culture.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was with a few key players that I now interact with on a daily basis, so it was a great way to see how I would fit in and collaborate with these existing team members. I am grateful to have had a "sneak peek" at my stakeholders and found everyone so kind and interesting to know

What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that we are in an industry that is changing the world for the better, helping talented and smart people all over the world create pathways to a better quality of life. I always wanted to find a job with a purpose and I am so proud to be here!
