Mr. Marc Taxay has been Senior Vice President at Arista Networks, Inc. since March 29, 2016 and has been its General Counsel since February 2013. Mr. Taxay served as Vice President at Arista Networks, Inc until March 29, 2016. Mr. Taxay served as an Of Counsel at Cohen & Grigsby P.C. He served as a General Counsel of MedeAnalytics, Inc. (formerly MedeFinance, Inc.), since May 7, 2007 and Senior Vice President since 2009. With over 17 years of business and legal experience, he serving in senior law firm and technology company roles. He has extensive corporate law, securities and transaction experience and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2009. As General Counsel, he leads all corporate governance, contractual, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, corporate securities and related functions for MedeAnalytics. He also plays several significant operational roles at MedeAnalytics and is actively involved in all of its strategic planning, financing, merger and acquisition and partnership development activities. Previous to MedeAnalytics, he served as an Assistant General Counsel at Coremetrics (a venture backed, web analytics firm that was acquired by IBM). He has also held senior legal positions and partner roles with several leading law firms including Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati, Pepper Hamilton and Cohen & Grigsby. He also worked as a Partner at Cohen & Grigsby and a Senior Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. He served at Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati. Mr. Taxay earned his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Economics from The University of Michigan with High Honors and subsequently his J.D. from The University of Michigan Law School. He is a Member of the State Bars of California and Pennsylvania.
