Best things of the team is ethical leadership

Too much whining about trivial conditions. Notable lack of forethought. We need to better anticipate events Nd not be surprised so often.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At the ground / customer interaction level, we enjoy what we do and do it well. Our clients appreciate that.
