The culture is high energy with a diverse, engaging team, but senior leaders micromanage team members at all levels and provide condescending, often passive aggressive feedback. You don't feel like you can be totally candid which affects how genuine you are able to be with your clients and team.

My team is diverse and don't take themselves too seriously. Most of the team is supportive of one another and will jump in to help in all areas. It is very healthy for the team dynamic.

My coworkers are very hard working people, and work extra hours without getting paid for that.

Most people at the company are very hard working however not everyone is treated with the same respect as others. There are those departments that are deemed more important while others are not considered at all
