Great team to work and grow with
Aritzia promotes from within whenever possible so many of the leaders go into their roles with a strong understanding of the client experience from their time in entry level associate positions.

I make really good money
We get compensted based on performance
Unlimited bonus structure is the best

What are some of the best things about your team?
We learn and grow together
My team is diverse and don't take themselves too seriously. Most of the team is supportive of one another and will jump in to help in all areas. It is very healthy for the team dynamic.
My coworkers are very hard working people, and work extra hours without getting paid for that.
Most people at the company are very hard working however not everyone is treated with the same respect as others. There are those departments that are deemed more important while others are not considered at all
