I would say honesty, friendliness, and professionalism.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about the comp is the reliability. At some firms the bonuses are based on speculative metrics, but at Arixa I'm always paid precisely what was promised.
What makes you most happy at work?
Generally the people, including management. There's also a strong focus on leveraging technology in order to improve efficiency, which I think is a huge benefit that all the employees appreciate.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I would describe the rest of the team as friendly, diverse, team-oriented, and helpful. It really feels like a team, and fellow employees are always available to assist you in getting something done.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The people I interviewed with were cordial and open. They wanted to get to know more about me, and understand if I would be a good fit for the team. Overall it was far less stressful than the average interview I've had.
