What do you like best about the leadership team?
Division leadership team is strong, but c suite os a barrier to good business practice and decision making
They really make an effort to shape company culture
Good communications with the team. Efforts to be transparent in different subjects via the education sessions
They are very accessible and work with people at all levels

The opportunity to work in an hybrid environment
Private healthcare and life insurance
Life insurance and Private Health packages are pretty good

Direct team works very well together

It was a very detailed process, with up to 3 interviews and the opportunity to get to know each party well.
I had the possibility to meet quite a few of the stakeholders that I am currently working with

My colleagues, they really brighten up my day.
The people that I work with
The flexibility that I am given to work from home or from the office, the environment with my peers.
