All different skills working together for a common cause
We are all about the same age with similar interests so we get along well
Everyone helps each other and has better communication than higher ups

Neutral basic entry level interviews
Met with senior leadership, deep dive on what's expected
I liked the preliminary phone interviews because I knew it was a good match for me before I wasted my time meeting them in person
