The supportive nature of co-workers -- when problems arise, the focus is on solutions rather than finger-pointing -- and the creativity.

There is a genuine desire to make the games the best we can, and we are always pushing for the things we think will make the games more enjoyable for the players.

Everyone has a speciality. It is like a being in a band of super heroes.
