What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The supportive nature of co-workers -- when problems arise, the focus is on solutions rather than finger-pointing -- and the creativity.
There is a genuine desire to make the games the best we can, and we are always pushing for the things we think will make the games more enjoyable for the players.
Everyone has a speciality. It is like a being in a band of super heroes.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to take a tour of the office and meet the staff. It gave me a brief preview of the environment I would be working in, which informed my decision of whether I wanted to accept the job offer when it came.
Was asked a lot of video game questions. They were friendly and transparent.
What makes you most happy at work?
The variety -- there is always a new challenge or project to tackle once current ones are stable or finished.
What makes me the most happy at work is being a part of the development of game releases, from story development to game testing.
Building video games and learning new things.
