What is the best part about your compensation package?
Artizen does a great job providing fantastic benefits and rewarding employees for performance.
Multiple opportunities for bonuses and various ways to make additional income are available.
It is fair and balanced.
The benefit coverage is good and very affordable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be nice to have 401k match and more competitive base salaries
Higher pay, more appreciation for completed goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Sense of humor, willingness to help each other out, ability to work hard/play hard
People on our team truly care about supporting each other, and helping everyone succeed.
Each team member looks out for the best interests of fellow team members. We never hear people saying "that's not my job" when helping someone else.
They all have great attitudes and work hard and are enjoyable to work with.
We are prodcutive, effecient, hardworking, funny, take pride in our job and getting the tasks done. The overall desire to be a great team!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Holiday spirit, potlucks and birthday parties
We like to have fun and celebrate wins! Lots of great recognition.
We band together on off work hours to do things that we all enjoy doing like, bike races, charity events, nights out at the movies, athletic challenges, escape room scenarios etc.. Our culture allows us to balance work and life very nicely.
The most positive is the fact that everyone encourages each other to succeed.
Everything about the company and environment i work in is very positive. Can't just give one example or ill be here for hours!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was more like a conversation. They wanted to get to know me, but it wasn't awkward like interviews can tend to be.
It felt like more of a conversation rather than a formal interview.
I liked that it was efficient and to-the-point.
I didn't really go through the normal interview process, so I'm not a good judge.
My recruiter got out a lot of information about me without being annoying. She also did a great job in selling the company in a way that I would want the job even more when I got home.

What makes you most happy at work?
Being successful and having hard work pay off
I love working for a female CEO! She is an inspiration!
The smiling faces of my coworkers and me getting to ring the bell at morning meetings for having accomplished one of my goals and having my coworkers cheer me on.
