What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is all great. Arvest takes care of us well.
It's all amazing! The PTO, insurance, 401k, profit sharing, etc.
Paid time off, 4 weeks per year
Profit sharing bonus and profit sharing retirement bonus. Every year each associate gets a bonus based on bank profit and an additional amount is added to our 401k based on bank profit.

Low salary for skills, qualifications and work performed
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a great time while collaborating on work projects. If there is a problem we swarm it and get it figured out.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The diversity, we are all vastly different but we join together and get a lot of work accomplished because we accept each others talent and input.
The people. The people all work well together, with one another and not against each other. Arvest offers great opportunities.
If you want to go somewhere in your career, they get you there. They never hold anyone back.
