Start over and hire a leadership team that focuses on the brands as that is what the business is all about
Treating all employees equally and fair!
Accountability to Shareholders & Employees by taking right decisions on dollar spend, motivating teams. Lay off is not the solution to take Company forward, as some good talent is being lost
this stock is closing in on zero and people have lost confidence on ability of company to continue forward without filing for bankruptcy.

Positivity & Collaboration is lost post acquisition. Leadership needs to bring that back to reverse the Fortune of the company
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stock price needs to increase. We also have to start paying our debt and selling more clothes.
honestly, an entirely new supervisory crew, preferably hired from the outside and not 'promoted' from within...the Greencastle facility has nothing more than an 'I'll scratch my back if you scratch mine' mentality and it's embarrassing to admit I've worked there for so long.
The company itself is struggling. There are fewer payroll hours available to do just as much work. It is hard to have the store looking like it should while offering the customers the service they should have.

knowledgeable leadership, start over, remove unnecessary levels of leadership
Poor management! Need better experience managers!
Motivation, valuing the contributions, cutting unnecessary Spend, Right leaders at VP level
Company is shrinking. Lots of my coworkers and senior executives have been let go recently. Company has to sell more clothes and better compensate its employees who do a lot with very little.
