What do you like best about the leadership team?
They lead by example. There's a philosophy of mentors, not managers. Everyone is learning and growing from each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Work from anywhere, anytime. Unlimited vacation. We're trusted to get our work done when/where it works best for each person. 100% healthcare coverage. 401k with 50% matching. Fair, market-based compensation. (we used to get commuter benefits, but now we don't commute anymore). :)
We just got 401K which is great. They add a new benefit each quarter

What are some of the best things about your team?
My teammates are talented and very passionate about the company. Everyone is a shareholder in the business and can feel the impact of the contributions they've made.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We trust and rely on each other to get things done.
Good environment. Everybody is extremely friendly and wants to help out. They are all here to shape the future of the company.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet most of the executive team through the process and get a good understanding of where the business is headed and the role I'd play.

What makes you most happy at work?
1) My contributions make an immediate impact. 2) I learn/grow incredibly quickly. 3) No commute (I used to commute 3 hours per day).
