What do you like best about the leadership team?
My supervisor and my team lead actually listen. Conversations are very respectful and any feedback is handled with professionalism.
Lack of consistancy and accountabilty.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The personality of the interviewer was genuine and they asked thought provoking questions that would qualify you for the job. The culture and opportunity for growth was obvious.
