What do you like best about the leadership team?
They value your opinion and genuinely care about you on a human level
I like that my manager treats us like people, not work machines
We get things done, with teamwork and efficiency.
I worked within a market through the company. From the market I worked at, I had great managers, store director and pretty great coworkers! They were flexible and understanding and helped me to enjoy my day at work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Taking ownership and enforcing the rules
Employee fairness and treating each person as equally important.
Leaders with very poor listening skills, they have no idea what is really happening Out of touch,

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I put in 200% effort with a "promised" raise for the last two months and have not received it but keep getting compliments about a "raise" but there is no actions following
I recently got promoted, and I found out the new hire make the same amount as me. I don't earn a living wage, and I'm expected to not talk about it
I do not have a clear understanding of my job responsibilities or expectations.
If I were treated like a human being of importance rather than their "nothing" employee.
The leaders of my company don’t even know the people that work for them I was undervalued, under appreciate

We are diverse and we all have something to contribute

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The understanding that they do not "own" their employees.
Better leaders at all levels To be able to voice an idea or opinion To have store mangers that hold everyone accountable. Store managers that give credit Where credit is due

I was asked challenging questions
It went by fast, and they were very communicative
Quick ad easy with decision leaning forwards quality of character over past work experience.
It was very casual speaking and not scary.
