The best part of the compensation package is the benefits.

More structured meetings with actual content needed to be said in person.

Adequate training, better pay/compensation, better paid time off benefits for new employees.

Coworkers need to be better at helping one another and being team players.

Leadership team needs to be better at engaging with workers and providing better pay.

The leadership team needs to be better at training. Well rounded training for all employees in every department.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Minimum wage for most people is around eleven dollars. Assurant starts out at twelve dollars. The wage needs to go up. Working for multiple clients, mandatory overtime.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

It would be more beneficial if there are multiple interviewers, that they ask different interview questions. It was redundant being interviewed by two different managers who asked the same questions.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I am frustrated with management. My current manager rarely leaves her office, does not respond well to messages (both email and instant messages), and offers no support or guidance. I am new to the department, and my manager has not checked in to see how I am adjusting to the department.
