What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They say People are the Center of everything they do. But, that is not true. They do not pay well. They drive too many long days into our lives.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
With out plan, you get $800 dollars per month to use for benefits. If you don't take our benefits, you can up to $250 extra per month. It really helps make benefits affordable.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are a lot of positive things about the company, but the best part is the feeling of family. Even as the company has grown significantly, you don't feel like you're surrounded by strangers.
