The abity to speak with them and get coaching on how to aproach things differently or better. Being able to be part of a team that listens and supports ideas.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Market rate has gone up since I started, I know they are working on it. Also my roles and responsiblities have changed quite a bit since I started. It would be nice to have a clear date as to when my compensation or tilte will be changing.
