They communicate and are actively engaged and aware. As a comparison on my previous company seemed like the Executive management (and many others) were focused on "doing things" without being aware of critical developments that should have dictated their priorities. Misalignment in many levels.

Our leadership is bar to none. They are transparent, clear, own their mistakes, and are always looking for ways to be better. One thing I really appreciate is their focus on taking care of us and truly getting to know their teams through and through.

Market rate has gone up since I started, I know they are working on it. Also my roles and responsiblities have changed quite a bit since I started. It would be nice to have a clear date as to when my compensation or tilte will be changing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are seasoned professionals who are able to do their job effectively. I've never felt like I have been held back and I always have support to overcome challenges.

What did you like most about the interview process?
my recruiter was super friendly! i interviewed with a recruiter, then the head of a department, then a person I would be mentored by, so they were great at whittling down where I was needed and would be successful
