my recruiter was super friendly! i interviewed with a recruiter, then the head of a department, then a person I would be mentored by, so they were great at whittling down where I was needed and would be successful

The humanity aspect. Lots of empathy and understanding. Also, clarity and transparency throughout the interview journey. Response times were a bit lagged, but I completely understand why.
