Astra successfully delivered 22 satellites to SSO!
Excellent so far. High risk environment and industry but exciting and no matter what the future holds I feel that the way Astra has executed and structured how work is done and how they take care of their employees is top of the pack.

Everything. Stock benefits was a nice surprise - didn't even know they offered one.

The product. The focused approach and alignment to company goals and values help crystalize the work and leads to satisfaction. The chance to learn and improve on multiple levels.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Professional background diversity. The diversity and quality of education of the work force. The open and multiple lines of communication and the tools actively used to align the work make the week satisfying and go fast!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They communicate and are actively engaged and aware. As a comparison on my previous company seemed like the Executive management (and many others) were focused on "doing things" without being aware of critical developments that should have dictated their priorities. Misalignment in many levels.
