Astra is very fast-paced, which can be tough at times, but the work is so rewarding. Even in busy/stressful times, I can easily see how my work makes a difference at Astra and how the company's efforts are making a difference for all of humanity.

Astra felt full of potential and promise when I started, but now I'm afraid the company is falling apart. The issues start and end with the leadership team, who seem to be completely in over their heads.

Astra's compensation is very generous and goes a long way towards showing how much they care about their employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is wonderful. Even in the busiest of times, they're always happy to help lend a hand and support each other. It's also evident that they genuinely care about me and each other as people.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was quick and efficient. I felt that my time was valued and I liked that the entire process was very transparent - I was always told what the next steps were and given a realistic timeline for them.
