Exciting but sometimes a little challenging to keep up with all the changes that are constantly happening here. That is part of working at a startup however. The company culture is by far the best I've experienced at any place I've worked.

Everyone is pretty approachable and fun. A passionate group of people that keep the leadership team quite honest.

Heard back from the hiring manager and recruiting team extremely fast. Very fast turnaround for feedback so there is no waiting around wondering how you did.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The leadership seem to be kept quite honest by the employees. Employees don't keep quiet when there is dissent about an issue internally, and it is typically well received by leadership.
