What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is kind and encouraging. For a company that is so scientific and mechanical, the people are very human.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I interviewed with multiple people and was able to get a feel for people on my team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is one of the best bosses I've ever had, possibly THE best boss I've had. My leadership team overall allows me the freedom to do my job my way, and take on new responsibilities when I'm ready to grow.
