Smart, humble, driven, constantly raising the bar, and thinking through problems in ways I haven't seen at other companies.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The humanity aspect. Lots of empathy and understanding. Also, clarity and transparency throughout the interview journey. Response times were a bit lagged, but I completely understand why.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our people! There is an energy when you walk in that is incomparable. We are changing the space industry and improving life on earth from space; you can feel it!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership is bar to none. They are transparent, clear, own their mistakes, and are always looking for ways to be better. One thing I really appreciate is their focus on taking care of us and truly getting to know their teams through and through.
