James F. Mulato — President of Astronics Test Systems Inc at Astronics Corporation

Mr. James F. Mulato, also known as Jim, has been President of Astronics Test Systems Inc. at Astronics Corporation since 2014 and serves as its Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Mulato served as the President of Test & Services Division of Airbus Group Inc. (alternate name, EADS North America, Inc.) since April 2008. Mr. Mulato was responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand EADS's presence in the semiconductor test and defense markets, as well as to broaden the commercial applications for its Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) test and measurement instruments. Mr. Mulato was an engineer with Lockheed Martin. Mr. Mulato served as Executive Vice President of EADS North America Defense Test & Services, a subsidiary of EADS North America Defense Company, Inc. He served as Executive Vice President of Astronics Test Systems Inc. Mr. Mulato served as the Chief Executive Officer of EADS North America Defense Company, Inc. Prior to this, he served as the President of Applied Research Corporation ??? ARC. Mr. Mulato received his Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science Engineering from The Ohio State University in 1983 and an M.B.A. in Finance from Florida State University in 1984.
