What do you like best about the leadership team?
They really take the employees into consideration when making major decisions. They communicate changes internally and ask for honest feedback.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Given a pay bump after the probation period. Making way more than I have in previous companies.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Team members are supportive of one another and really thrive off of close collaboration
Everyone shows up ready to give 100% every day, while still leaving room for discussion in how to actually achieve common goals.
People aren't afraid to speak up - this is because everyone has a voice here.
Great cooperation, sense of humor and brilliant people around those I can feel 100% myself.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Welcoming team with a positive attitude and approach
People are down to earth and generally quite approachable.
Excitement, great sense of humor, passion, very smart people that always help you even cross-departments.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked having a trial day so I could see how I'd interact with the team in a typical work day.
It was super fast. I had the second round of the interview the same day and they created a new position just for me and my skills and passions.
