The comfortability of my work that my client shows to me. Hoping that this continues for years and that we support each other together.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Basically, we can't really relate much with each other since we cater to different client individuals. However, team meetings are good ways to catch up with each other. Just in case we needed to re-sync with the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The only bad thing I experienced was the long wait for being matched. We were not given a specific time until when are we going to be matched. I also would love to observe PH Holidays as mandated by law. Best about the leadership team is they give us our paycheck and support us when needed
