What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing I was matched with a great client who has both patience and adequate understanding of what we strive to do here in Athena-- to help our executives prosper.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team hears out the opinions of everyone fairly and, though ot always timely, they do respond and take action appropriately. I like hte constant effort to touch base and stay aligned with everything.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My Manager always does his best to ensure my partnership with my client stays on a good trajectory. He checks in regularly (though I know not all managers are like that here) and he provides great feedback on how best to improve or move forward with projects.
