Local (Denver) leadership is excellent. Corporate leadership is too convoluted and it makes it difficult to handle approvals.

They have to keep right people on senior position

Technical people incharge of the work take interview. You get to ask questions about the work you are expected to

Not very happy all the time but they pay salary on time
