Mr. Michael T. Steen has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Titan Aviation Holdings, Inc. since October 15, 2014. Mr. Steen is responsible for all aspects of the Titan Aviation Holdings parent holding company's global sales and marketing activities, including strategy, new products and services, brand positioning and marketing communications. Mr. Steen has been the Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Vice President of Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Atlas Air, Inc. since November 2010. He served as Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Polar Air Cargo Worldwide, Inc. Mr. Steen served as the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Atlas Air, Inc. since April 1, 2007. He served as the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President at Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings Inc. from April 1, 2007 to November 2010. He was responsible for all aspects of Atlas Air's global sales and marketing activities, including strategy, new products and services, brand positioning and marketing communications. He served in global leadership roles for market-leading companies. He has an extensive experience in air cargo, aviation and logistics sectors. He served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Exel Freight Management and Technology Sector. He served as Vice President for the Americas for KLM Cargo. Mr. Steen led the sales and marketing activities for Exel Freight's management and technology sector. Following Exel's acquisition by Deutsche Post World Net, he served senior-level positions with the merged company in global supply chain logistics. He was a veteran air cargo executive and served in a variety of roles with KLM Cargo over 11 years. He served as Vice President of Americas, Head of Global Sales and Marketing for the logistics business unit and Director of serves as les for northern Europe at KLM Cargo. He served as Chairman of The International Air Cargo Association from 2010 to 2013 and its Director from 2008 to 2015. Mr. Steen holds a Degree in Economic Science from Katrinelund in Gothenburg, Sweden and an Alumnus of the Advanced Executive Program at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
