The perks can be kind of cliche sometimes to the point of being obnoxious (think episodes of HBO's Silicon Valley) but what keeps me here is they genuinely care about their employees and shows more than any other company I've ever worked for. The experiences I've had with management, all the way from middle to upper is that they are all good people who want to do right by their employees.
