Company culture and environment are great. Jira backend can be a bit of a grind to develop on due to the compile/run times.

People are friendly and happy to help, very relaxed atmosphere
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Free bike service, kitchen with breakfast and lunch foods, ability to request hardware for your desk.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They call you at the end to let you know the outcome of your application and give you feedback from your interviews. Very personal.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Can dress however you want, flexibility around the hours you work and where you work from. Always something cool happening in the office e.g. global town hall on Fridays, Wednesday baking.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Slow pace of development due to Jira having a massive backend Java codebase. Decomposition into microservices should help with this but it will take many years to come to achieve it.
