Andrew Wade, also known as Andy, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of AtriCure, Inc. since January 2013 and its Senior Vice President since January 2015. Mr. Wade served as Vice President of Finance at AtriCure, Inc. since January 2013 until January 2015. Mr. Wade served with AtriCure for approximately five years in various financial and accounting functions and during that time, he assisted it with the preparation and filing of its periodic reports on Form 10-K and Form 10-Q with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Wade received his B.S.B.A. in Accounting from Xavier University and his M.B.A from the Owen School at Vanderbilt University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
