Mr. Salvatore Privitera, also known as Sam, has been Chief Technology Officer of AtriCure, Inc. since July 18, 2017. Mr. Privitera served as Vice President of Engineering & Product Development of AtriCure Inc. from May, 2009 to October 5, 2011. Previously, he served as Vice President of Business Development and Research at AtriCure Inc. from May, 2007 to May, 2009 and as its Vice President for Product Development from October 2003 to May, 2007 and previously served in the same capacity in 2001. From 1990 to 2000 and from 2001 to 2003, Mr. Privitera served as Director of Product Development of Ethicon Endo-Surgery Inc. Mr. Privitera received his B.S from University of Buffalo and his M.B.A from Xavier University.
