Mr. Mel Passarelli, also known as Edward, serves as Executive Vice President of Sales and General Manager of the Americas at Attunity, Ltd. Mr. Passarelli served as Vice President of North American Operations at Attunity Ltd., since April 2007. Mr. Passarelli served as Vice President of North America at Attunity, Ltd. since May 14, 2007 and also served as its General Manager. He served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing of VISTAGY Inc. He served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Vice President of International Sales at Vertical Communications, Inc. (formerly known as Artisoft Inc.) from January 2005 to June 2005. He served as Vice President of Sales at Vertical from January 2004 to January 2005. Mr. Passarelli has over 20 years of experience in building and leading sales, marketing and support teams for a variety of technology companies. Prior to joining Artisoft, Inc., he served as an Executive Vice President of Create!form International. He served as an Executive Vice President of worldwide sales and customer support of Omtool, Ltd., and served as its Vice President of Worldwide Sales since January 2001. From April 2000 to December 2000, he served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Customer Support for Geographic Data Technologies, Inc. From 1996 to April 2000, Mr. Passarelli served as Vice President of sales, marketing and business development of MAK Technologies, Inc. From 1995 to 1996, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing of The Experts, Inc. (a subsidiary of ATSI, Inc). Additionally, he served various sales and marketing positions as Integraph Corporation. Mr. Passarelli began his career at Intergraph Corporation, where he served as its Industry Sales Manager. He was with Intergraph Corporation for 13 years. Mr. Passarelli earned Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Business Administration degrees from the State University of New York, Buffalo and a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University.
