What do you like best about the leadership team?
creativeness of product road map and agility to change corporate go to market direction in time align with technology trend, innovative business model
They treat the company and employees like a family. They are also willing to try new ideas and have a very much "can do" attitude. You are always welcome to make a mistake since you are trying new things and learning from it.
Open door policy. Open to suggestions and willing to make changes if necessary.
Accessible, fair, very little politics, flat organization from a communications perspective.

there is no salary increase for last many years

ability to adapt to changing environment with complaint
hardworking, good teamwork, deep technology experienced coworkers
The best is having a great time. We all spend more time together than with our families. Having a great work environment, laughing, and working as a team is something that I look forward to everyday.

teamwork is there when needed
flexible working hours, convenient commutable working place
Very friendly work environment and good work life balance.
The company acts more like a family than and employer. Very little bureaucracy.

make comfortable working place, fast decision, customer oriented decision, respect technical background
The Co-workers and the Management team are all great to work with. No bureaucracy.
Team I work with, ability to do what is right for our customers without questions and approval levels.
