What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership within the company work on a one on one basis with the employees. The teach and guide versus dictating. They are very helpful and understanding when it comes to mistakes.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening and communicating with staff.

They offer a large variety of benefits that can fit a young single work to a more mature family oriented worker

The pay rate for most positions is below US averages. Developing an incentive program of some kind would be a start in the right direction.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is helpful especially throughout the training process

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Morale and attitude are low. Mutual cooperation would be helpful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They keep up morale with gifts, lunch and incentives.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The environment is safe and supporting
Morale needs to be improved. Employees need to be valued.
What did you like most about the interview process?
In my case, the decision was made quickly. I heard back from them in a weeks time and the on boarding process took an additional week.

Consistent follow up with potential candidates would be helpful.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to go into work, plug in my headphones and focus without being disturbed. Supervisors aren't micromanaging.

Management needs to listen to employee concerns and work to find resolutions.
