What do you like best about the leadership team?
Love our executives very strong financial backgrounds, with deep experience in the independent publishing industry. Very much appreciate the fun culture created in the work environment as well as innovation in technological advancements in marketing, sales, and publishing product.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
401K matching. Under current ownership there is none
Want to see stronger 401K contributions. Opportunity to advance seems limited to bandwidth in my role; however, I feel confident this will change as we progress.

Dedicated, capable people who want to produce a good product
Creative innovation in sales technique, technology, branding, and content delivery.

Peer support system. People are there to pick you up when workloads can feel oppressive.

I was permitted to ask high level business model questions and communicated with executive level prior to deciding to leave the major traditional publishing industry to pursue career with my current company.
