Love our executives very strong financial backgrounds, with deep experience in the independent publishing industry. Very much appreciate the fun culture created in the work environment as well as innovation in technological advancements in marketing, sales, and publishing product.

Peer support system. People are there to pick you up when workloads can feel oppressive.

I was permitted to ask high level business model questions and communicated with executive level prior to deciding to leave the major traditional publishing industry to pursue career with my current company.

Seeing reps succeed from implementing conveyed strategies.

Business model can expand in future content delivery and service models, so it has potential to expand outside of independent publishing.
