I think all the compensation package is great can't be picky u just need to go
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because my life is at risk everyday for too low of wages

We all work like we got something to prove.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all contribute to work gatherings and meetings where we provide food and drink and other entertainment, depending on the gathering.
