Ms. Moonhie Chin serves as Senior Vice President of Global Customer Support & Operations at Autodesk Limited. Ms. Chin serves as Senior Vice President of Global Customer Support and Operations at Autodesk, Inc. Ms. Chin is responsible for global customer and partner support as well as the oversight of programs and initiatives that seek to re-design and strengthen Autodesk's business operations. Within the GCSO organization, she manages Customer Service & Support, Partner & Product Services, Voice of the Customer and Business Analytics, the Autodesk Knowledge Network and the Enterprise Data Management functions. She is also responsible for strategic initiatives which aim to transform the way Autodesk does business as well as the oversight of programs and initiatives that seek to re-design and strengthen Autodesk's business operations. Her team's charter is to develop and deliver next-generation service, support and operations management to Autodesk partners, customers and internal stakeholders, with a focus on the customer's experience and integrated service design. She initiated a corporate-wide project to re-construct Autodesk's 'global customer support' through the design of an end-to-end experience architecture leveraging the power of the connected, networked digital world. She is keenly focused on simplifying business policies to provide the foundation for creating a true 'ease of doing business' for customers ' which is a key supporting plank in Autodesk's go-to-market strategy. She served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Strategic Planning at Autodesk, Inc., since March 2007 and also served as its Vice President of Business Operations for Location Services and Vice President of Business Administration, as well as other leadership positions in software development, project management and subscription services. Prior to joining Autodesk in 1989, she spent eight years at General Electric. She earned Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University and Master of Science in Manufacturing Management from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
