Pascal W. Di Fronzo J.D. — Senior VP of Corporate Affairs, Chief Legal Officer & Secretary at Autodesk

Dr. Pascal W. Di Fronzo, J.D., has been a Chief Legal Officer of Autodesk, Inc. since December 2016 and has been its Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs since December 2016 and as Secretary since March 2006. Dr. Di Fronzo manages the Autodesk's legal department, which is responsible for legal, corporate development and public policy activities of Autodesk. He serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Autodesk Limited. He served as General Counsel of Autodesk, Inc. since March 2006. He served as a Vice President of Autodesk, Inc. from March 2005 to March 31, 2007 and also served as its Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary from March 2005 to March 2006. He joined Autodesk in June 1998 and held various positions involving business and legal matters during his tenure at Autodesk Inc. Prior to Autodesk, he advised high technology and emerging growth companies on business and intellectual property transactions and litigation while in private practice with Palo Alto, CA law firm of Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati as well with the Irvine, CA office of Washington DC based Ross, Dixon & Masback. He serves as the Chairman of Business Software Alliance (BSA). He has published and lectured on a variety of corporate and intellectual property law topics. He serves as Member of the California State Bar. Dr. Di Fronzo holds a Juries Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA.
